School & Premises

At STFCH, we take great pride in providing a safe, inclusive, and accessible learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all our pupils. Our school premises are thoughtfully designed to support pupils with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities, with specialist facilities, sensory-friendly spaces, and accessible classrooms that promote independence, engagement, and wellbeing.

We are committed to ensuring our school is a place where every individual feels respected and valued. Our Equality & Accessibility Plan outline the steps we take to remove barriers to learning and participation, and to promote equal opportunities for all members of our school community. These documents are regularly reviewed to ensure we are meeting both our legal obligations and the evolving needs of our pupils and families.

To support a calm and focused learning environment, we have a clear Mobile Phone Use Policy. Pupils are not permitted to use mobile phones during the school day unless it is part of an agreed support plan. Staff, parents, and visitors are also asked to follow appropriate guidance on mobile phone use to help maintain privacy, safeguarding, and a distraction-free environment.
