Behaviour
At STFCH, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every pupil feels valued and supported. Positive relationships, kindness, and mutual respect are at the heart of our school community. We understand that pupils with special educational needs and disabilities may face unique challenges in communication, social interaction, and behaviour regulation, and we take a proactive and tailored approach to supporting them.
Our Behaviour Policy focuses on promoting positive behaviours through encouragement, structure, and consistent support, rather than punishment. Staff are trained in a range of strategies to help pupils self-regulate, build social understanding, and feel confident and secure at school. When incidents do occur, they are addressed promptly, sensitively, and in line with our values of respect and inclusion.
You can view our full Behaviour Policy in the links below. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss support for your child, please contact the school reception and a member of staff will be happy to help.
