Complaints

At STFCH, we are committed to maintaining open and honest communication with all members of our school community. We value feedback and take all concerns seriously, whether they are raised by pupils, parents, carers, staff, or external partners. We aim to resolve issues promptly, fairly, and in a respectful and constructive manner.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our provision, we encourage you to raise your concerns informally in the first instance. If the matter cannot be resolved this way, you may follow our formal Complaints Procedure, which outlines the steps involved in making and addressing a complaint. Our process is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and fair outcomes for all parties involved.

In addition, we have a clear Whistleblowing Policy in place to support staff and in reporting serious concerns, including safeguarding issues, misconduct, or potential breaches of the law, without fear of reprisal. Any concerns raised under the whistleblowing policy are treated with the utmost confidentiality and investigated thoroughly in line with legal and ethical standards.

You can find our full Complaints Policy and Whistleblowing Policy in the links below. If you wish to raise a complaint or seek guidance, please contact the school reception, who will direct you to the appropriate member of staff.
